ROSSETI is the world’s largest electric utility in terms of the number of customers and the length of lines. It is one of Russia’s most important infrastructure companies, governmentally controlled, and the government’s agent for the management of the Russian electricity distribution grid sector. The Company, including its subsidiaries, operates 2.31 million kilometers of power lines and 773 GVA of transformer capacity. The Company has a presence in 78 Russian regions.

The ROSSETI Group comprises 37 subsidiaries and dependent companies, including 15 distribution grid companies and one transmission grid company. The controlling shareholder with an 87.9% stake in the Company is the government represented by the Federal Agency for State Property Management of the Russian Federation.
